Mixed Media & Photography | Llandudno Pier: Image Transfers on to Vintage Wallpaper
This weekend I am visiting Blackpool Pier as part of a live project for my Professional Practice module. I will be continuing with my themes of nostalgia, phototherapy and bittersweet childhood memories. Last semester I visited Llandudno and took some images that I later transferred on to vintage wallpaper adding cut out book text and ink to illustrate a narrative.There are some images below of my studio work. Wendy Bevan's photography and Matt Schwartz's Polaroid transfers influenced my creative process.
You can see more images from my trip to Llandudno here. I was practising digitally manipulating photographs on Photoshop.I'll update again with new work from my visit to Blackpool. I'll be taking my Holga and also taking some photographs with my Polaroid and Digital Camera.
