Summer in Retrospect: A Series of Bittersweet Photographic Images.

Having being inspired by the photographs on 'Dear Photograph' (see previous post here) I decided to rumage round for some of my own old photographs and reshoot them in the same location as they were taken many years ago.Here are just a few:It's an amazing exercise  and interesting to see what dodgy haircuts have come and go and which dodgy wallpaper has managed to stay put all them years.It's a reflection on time that has passed and almost transports you to the time that the photograph was first taken.These are just some initial experimental shots I have taken but I'd love to travel back to various places and produce a body of work incorporating some mixed media techniques as well.
