Retrospective Photography: Experimental Image Transfers
I've been experimenting with the scale of my image transfers lately which is a lonnnnng process which involves scanning in the original photo, editing, printing it out and having it flipped and photocopied A3 size. I also tried splitting a photo and working with one A2 size, unfortunately the photographs don't really show how big each piece is so i included the original in the photo to compare.
All these pieces were transferred onto blotting paper which responding quite well to the amount of water that was needed to wet it.P.s does anybody else use www.scoop.it?I'm still trying to figure it out but you can view some of my blog posts curated into different topics below:Retrospective Photography - http://www.scoop.it/t/retrospective-photographyTextiles & Stitch - http://www.scoop.it/t/stitch-sewReloved/Revamped - http://www.scoop.it/t/reloved-revamped/Artists Interviews & Research - http://www.scoop.it/t/artist-interviews/
